1. Use of the Service

By accessing or using Alphametri.co, you agree to these Terms of Service. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute any predictions, data, or content provided by the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Plan prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not prorate or refund unused subscription time upon cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date or the start of the annual billing period, whichever is sooner. To request a refund, contact support with your account email, payment date, and reason for the request.

Refunds will generally not be granted for:

• Unused subscription time after cancellation
• Failure to cancel before a renewal date
• Partial use of a billing period
• Promotional or discounted purchases, unless required by applicable law

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method when possible.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Disclaimers and Financial Risk

Alphametri.co provides statistical analysis and probability-based predictions for informational purposes only. These are not financial, investment, or betting advice. We make no guarantees regarding prediction accuracy or outcomes. Alphametri.co and its operators are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or other losses arising from decisions made based on information provided by this service. Use the service at your own risk and discretion.
